Unlike Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Kong (Qi Qong) is a non-martial internal art.

Although it has been considerably simplified to be transmitted to the greatest number, Tai Chi Chuan is fundamentally a martial art. As such, let us seek in these slow and graceful movements a meaning and an application linked to the martial art. The slowness characterizing the practice of the first level as well as demanding coordination develop the development of the inner strength of the practitioner.

Like all traditional Chinese martial arts, Tai Chi Chuan is synonymous with breathing, conducive and beneficial to the body's meridians (practiced particularly in acupuncture). • Suai jiao- Le shuai Jiao veut dire "saisir et projetter". D'après un dicton chinois, à longue distance on frappe, à courte distance on projette". Son histoire remonte à la légende de l'Empereur Jaune (2600 ans avant notre ère). Le lutte chinoise n'est pas comme le judo ou la lutte greco romaine. On après les frappes et les projections. Ce style est très utilisé dans la défense policière. Chaque maître de Kung fu possède des techniques de cet art. On juge un bon combattant pas seulement pour l'efficacité mais aussi pour l'esthétique.
• La Fronde: La fronde existe depuis l'Antiquité, elle trouve son origine à l'âge de pierre, il s'agit d'une arc qui lance des pierres. C'est  le prédécesseur de l'arc à flèche,Il a été transmis de génération en génération.Il était autrefois le favori des chevaliers et des escortes, et a été salué comme le "roi des armes cachées" par les arts martiaux du Jianghu. Perle et Dragons est la seule association européenne à enseigner cet art.

• Sanda: Le Sanda est une compétition sportive moderne de combat à mains nues,issue des arts martiaux traditionnels, qui combine une variété de techniques telles que les coups de pied, les coups de poings, la lutte. Ici il s'agit du moderne (avec plus de restrictions pour les compétitions).
