REBIRTHING aims to improve life and helps all those who wish to transform and achieve their goals.

Rebirth is a breathing and pranic practice, a gentle and deep practice of breath awareness. By focusing our attention on our ample and rhythmic breathing, and thanks to an increased supply of oxygen and prana, our whole being is unified again, thus inviting our emotions repressed in the unconscious to release their energy. A deep cleansing process takes place on the physical and subtle levels, freeing up space for our potential for achievement. The practitioner accompanies us as a reassuring presence who has already experimented with the technique at length; his smile is proof that he has found the light we are looking for. He first helps us to breathe well, then to explore our sensations, and to express them.

Indeed, when we experience difficult, stressful, painful events, in an insecure context, we enter a "state of emergency". In a closing reflex, our stressed breathing rises towards the throat, thus blocking the process of integrating the emotion. The consequence is that the emotion remains blocked in the body's memory. The more we repress and store emotions of varying intensity, the more our breathing weakens, at the same time as our ability to welcome Life.

It is this vicious circle that the practice of Rebirth proposes to transform into a virtuous circle. While we practice the Rebirth technique or "connected breathing", our negative memories are updated, accepted, welcomed and then gently directed towards consciousness. By agreeing to See, Welcome and Release our traumas, we release a self-healing energy, a process that also frees our breathing. The virtuous circle is in place!

Let us know that the practice of Rebirth can lead us to feel moments of oppression, discomfort, linked to the resurgence of unpleasant thoughts or memories. This is the sign of a release of these emotions and the start of the positive transformation process, this psycho-energetic process that leads to letting go, to a reconciliation with the breath. 
Freeing the breath from all its negative imprints is Breathing, it is Welcoming Life in all its splendor! Breathing as Living must be a personal and shared joy!
Rebirthing is freeing our breath from these deep fears that limit us.

Conscious or connected breathing is quite indicated in the management of stress and anxiety such as claustrophobia, depression, fears and panic attacks, physical and psychological exhaustion. It is practiced for preparation for childbirth, in psychotherapy. The athlete can practice it to improve recovery after exercise. Conscious breathing is also indicated for those who feel good and who wish to fully realize themselves by developing their full potential. It is also a spiritual process that awakens self-awareness, one's breath and leads to meditation while restoring confidence in one's breathing.
